Dear CRCD Users,
There will be a planned reboot of the VIZ nodes today, Wednesday, October 22, at 4:45 PM.
Yesterday, both VIZ nodes experienced a critical low-level NVIDIA driver error (
rmapilockisowner assertion failure), which caused all GPUs to become unresponsive. Our team is still investigating the root cause. At this time, we have not identified a specific trigger, and it is unclear that the newest driver update will fully resolve the issue. To fully restore GPU capability in the meantime, we have scheduled a reboot of both VIZ nodes for the end of the day.Action Required:
Please save all your work and close any running sessions on the VIZ nodes before 4:45 PM today to prevent data loss.
We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary reboot may cause.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding,
The CRCD Team
