Dear CRCD Users,
We are sending a user alert to give you advance notice of a temporary outage affecting the job queue dashboard and the related usage widget on the CRCD site and its homepage.
While preparing for a scheduled Tableau environment upgrade on April 13, a compatibility issue with the drivers that connect to Slurm has been identified, and the issue could not be resolved prior to the upgrade. As a result, the dashboard will be taken offline starting April 14 while a fix is developed.
Pitt Digital's vendor partner is actively working with Tableau to resolve the issue, and we will provide updates as they become available. We apologize for the inconvenience — we recognize that this dashboard is publicly visible and frequently referenced.
