New to Pitt's Center for Research Computing and Data? This hands-on workshop walks you through everything you need to start running jobs on our clusters. We'll cover connecting to CRCD resources, loading scientific software with the Lmod module system, writing and submitting jobs with the Slurm workload manager, monitoring the queue, and using the CRCD helper scripts that streamline day-to-day tasks like checking your quota, viewing allocation usage, and requesting interactive sessions.
