Options for Getting Help
Submitting a help ticket requires logging in using your Pitt credentials. Most issues can be addressed using our ticketing system. If you do not have an account, contact us or call 412-648-3094.

All accounts are based on Pitt usernames. Faculty can request access for external collaborators via sponsored accounts.
