Submitting Tickets and Getting Help

If your ticket does not get a response within 1 day, please contact us again. Only registered cluster users can submit help tickets. Once you have logged in, you will see an option for submitting Tickets under the Support tab.

Then you will be presented with the option of searching or browsing for an existing ticket or creating a new ticket.

To help frame the context of your help ticket, it is important to specify which cluster you are encountering the issue, the path to your job submission script and inputs, how to execute the program, error outputs, and any additional information that you think are relevant.
